we had the chance to drive the renault 5 e-tech today. it seems to be a good car. renault has a long history of electric vehicles. the UI inside is slightly overloaded, the two displays are differently lit, the steering seems to have a sweet range for more or less straight roads. what we certainly did not like was:
- looking back through the interior mirror displays mainly headrests.
- the UI displays inside look cramped inside and odd from the outside.
- the R5 logo (which displays the loading status) is playful. but since it’s slightly elivated, how does it deal with the wind resistance?
