after the religious choir → below i wanted to try out something quite different: very short drum and bass pieces, with, of course, a very low bass. since programming the beat for the drums of this genre of music is pretty complex, i used a shortcut, downloaded → a tiny midi file from simon v (thanks!), and fed it into my drum sample library (EZdrummer). the rest is singing and violin in the first piece.

sweetness at 90, composed 2 weeks later, uses basically the same midi files, but at a very slow pace. trick 71 is standard d&b speed. i applied an animated distortion for the drums in this piece (izotope trash 2). the two compositions are longer than the first two.
