i took these two casual photos within a couple of seconds. the left one shows the scene as dark as it was. for the right one i engaged the night mode of my smartphone, the google pixel 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

my previous phone, a \u2192 pixel 2<\/a> from four years ago, had an amazing night mode, long before apple entered the night mode world. however, to photograph the night scene you had to try to hold your phone still for a couple of seconds. the new pixel phone does not let me wait a second. below is a detail of the right shot, the night shot, in 100% resolution. no piece of art, but an amazing technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
